Front Yard Transformation & Backyard Cleanup

This project brought new curb appeal to a home preparing for sale, combining a front-yard landscape renovation with an extensive backyard cleanup.

In the front yard, we replaced patchy lawn with flowing river-rock beds and contrasting dark mulch. A natural flagstone pathway creates a welcoming route from the sidewalk to the front entrance, while accent stones and new plantings add texture and interest. The curved layout ties the space together and leaves less lawn to maintain. We also installed drip irrigation with a timer to provide targeted watering for the planting areas.

In the backyard, we cleared unwanted growth and debris, tidied the areas around the patio and play spaces, and opened up the yard so its size and potential could be appreciated.

Together, these improvements gave the property a cleaner, more cohesive appearance—from the first impression at the curb to the outdoor space behind the home.
